Kumudini Interactive (“we”, “our”, or “us”) develops and operates the mobile game Great Indian Problems (“the Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how your data is protected when you play the Game on Android devices.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as your real name, physical address, phone number, financial details, or precise GPS location. The data processed includes:
- Authentication & Play Games Data: When you sign in via Google Play Games Services (GPGS), we receive your public Play Games GamerTag, public player ID, and an authentication code used to establish your account.
- Gameplay & Cloud Save Data: Your progression, high scores across levels (e.g., Delhi, Odisha), collected in-game currency (coins, gems), and unlocked items are stored locally on your device and synchronized via Unity Gaming Services (UGS) Cloud Save.
- Device & Technical Information: Basic device identifiers, operating system version, hardware model, language settings, and coarse performance metrics necessary for crash analytics and matchmaking.
- Advertising Identifiers: Standard Android Advertising ID (GAID) used by advertising SDKs to serve and verify rewarded video ads.
2. Third-Party Services & SDKs
The Game integrates certified third-party service providers that process data under their respective privacy policies:
- Unity Gaming Services (UGS): Powers Leaderboards, Authentication, and Cloud Save persistence.
- Google Play Games Services (GPGS) & Google Play Console: Powers platform sign-in, cloud syncing, and verification.
- Mobile Ad Networks (e.g., Google AdMob): Delivers opt-in rewarded video advertisements to allow players to revive runs.
We use the collected information solely to:
- Synchronize your high scores to regional leaderboards.
- Safeguard your game progress and currency balances across sessions.
- Verify eligibility for rewarded video ad revives.
- Identify technical bugs, frame drops, or crashes to maintain game stability.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local Storage: You can delete local game saves at any time by clearing the Game’s data or cache through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the application.
- Cloud Data Deletion Requests: You may request complete deletion of your associated cloud leaderboard and save data stored in Unity Gaming Services. To request deletion, contact us at the support email provided below with your Play Games GamerTag. Requests are processed within 30 days.
5. Children’s Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately delete that information from our cloud systems.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect game updates or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly to this URL with an updated “Last Updated” date.
